Mixture of flour sugars and spices
This mix will give you a high quality product, and will give a strong smell while baking the Stroopwafel.
One batch is approximately a total of approximately 1,200 KG which can prepare about 50-60 pieces of medium sized Stroopwafel ( 8 cm)
Must be stored in a cool and dry space away from the sunlight, not exceeding 24C°
The premium quality mix must be prepared with adding butter, water, and egg.
Expiry: 6 Months (The better you store it, the longer shelf-life you’ll get)
